The College of Natural Resources would like to invite applications for 2nd batch training on agro-entrepreneurship development from 5 March 2018. We have 20 slots for the four months training on Mushroom Production, Dairy Production, and Vegetable Production besides business management and incubation.

The Royal University of Bhutan would like to inform that the Aptitude Test for the admission into Bachelor of Architecture will be held on Sunday, 11 March 2018.

  1. The Royal University of Bhutan will be carrying out admissions to the Colleges of the University online as in the past. Admission to each of the programmes will be based on merit ranking as per the ability rating as detailed in the admission criteria.
  2. The online application for both Government Scholarship as well as Self Financed students will open from 14 February 2018 and will close on 6 March 2018 at midnightStudents can apply from any place where there is internet facility.
  3. Tuition fees and accommodation for Self Financed Students:
    • The tuition fee is 69,710 per year for Arts and Humanities programmes and Nu. 86,360 per year for Science and Engineering programmes. The tuition fee which is exclusive of stipend will increase at the rate of 2% per year.
    • Tuition fee is payable at the time of registration in the beginning of each semester at the rate of 34,855 for Arts and Humanities programmes and Nu. 43,180 for Science and Engineering programmes.
    • The accommodation in the college hostels and mess facilities if available will be provided. However, students will be required to pay Nu. 150/- per month as rent. Students availing mess facility will also be required to pay the charges for the mess as determined by the mess policy of each of the colleges.

The Royal University of Bhutan and Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan would like to inform all Class XII pass students that the on-line application for admission to the Colleges/Institutes of these Universities will open on 15 February 2017 and will close on 7 March 2017 at 1600 hours. Eligible class XII pass students are encouraged to apply for both Government Scholarship and Self Financed slots simultaneously through the on-line application process before the closing date.

For on-line application, you may visit us at either www.rub.edu.bt or http://admission.rub.edu.bt. No application will be entertained after the above deadline either for Government Scholarships or Self Financed slots.

Selection of students will begin on 23 March 2017, and will close on 29 April 2017. The list of selected students will be provided on the respective website as soon as the selection for a particular programme is completed.
