ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

A candidate must: 

  1. Be a Bhutanese citizen
  2. Have attained at least 18 years of age, and not more than 45 years of age (shall not apply for Dean’s position)
  3. Meet qualification, experience and other requirements as specified in the position profile of the position and table above.

Eligible candidates may apply to the Human Resources Division, Office of the Vice Chancellor, Royal University of Bhutan, Motithang latest by 1 July 2019 along with copies of the following documents:

  1. Duly filled RUB Employment Application Form (Click Here)
  2. Academic Transcripts:
    • For Dean’s Position: Certificate & Mark sheet of Masters degree and Bachelors degree
    • For Assistant Planning Officer: Certificate & Mark sheet of Masters (if any), Bachelors degree, Class XII, and Class X
    • For Messenger position: Marksheet of Class VIII
  3. Valid Security Clearance Certificate (approved online)
  4. Valid Medical Fitness Certificate (valid for 6 months from the date of issue of certificate)
  5. Audit Clearance Certificate, if employed in civil service and corporations
  6. Citizenship ID card
  7. No Objection Certificate from the employer, if employed
  8. Experience Certificate(s) for current and previous employment records, if employed (certificate should clearly indicate the number of years of experience and detailed responsibilities shouldered)
