Annual Report 2011
The year 2011 has been an eventful one for the Royal University of Bhutan. The University moved to a more autonomous status of operation and functioning, having separated from the Royal Civil Service Commission in its human resource functions and entered into a different mode of financing with the Ministry of Finance, starting July 2011. It saw the admission of 177 students on self finance which represent ten percent of its total intake for 2011. This is a major shift in the organization and management of the University.
