Annual Report 2010
The Royal Government’s Accelerating Bhutan’s Socio Economic Development (ABSD) project provided the University the opportunity to transform itself to what it has always been desired as a learning organization. As a part of this initiative, the University signed a compact with the Royal Government. The RUB Transformation Plan consists of key outcomes and initiatives with targets set for 2010. The University with all its colleges have been mainly engaged in working towards fulfilling the targets set out in the Transformation Plan.
The Annual Report of the University 2010, therefore, is a reflection of the achievement of the targets contained in the RUB Transformation Plan.
