Dr. Samdrup Rigyal moved to his present job in March 2012. Before he moved to this position he worked as a Senior Lecturer in the faculty of Agricultural Extension and Communication at the College of Natural Resources in Lobesa. He also worked as the Project Manager of the EU supported Asia-Link Project for ICT-based Teaching and Learning at the college from 2007 to 2008.
