Shortlisting Criteria:

  1. Candidates must meet the benchmark score: Minimum aggregate of 60% each in Class X (Eng + best 4) and Class XII (Eng + best 3), and 55% in Bachelors degree (honors)/60% in Bachelors degree (general), unless with minimum of five years of relevant experience in professional positions. (Note: Relevant experience is considered for shortlisting purpose only)
  2. Top 20 candidates have been shortlisted based on merit rank of aggregate marks. ‘Aggregate %’ has been calculated considering performance in academic qualifications: 15% of Class X, 25% of Class XII and 60% of Bachelors degree. Additionally, 5 bonus points have been awarded for those with 5-10 yrs of relevant experience at professional positions.
  3. Candidates with incomplete documents have not been considered for shortlisting.

Note:

  1. All shortlisted candidates must sit for the written examination. The marks secured in written examination for administrative positions will be taken into considering for shortlisting purpose only and will not have any weightage in the final selection.
  2. A maximum of 5 candidates will be shortlisted for viva voce based on the merit of marks secured in the written examination.
  3. Final selection will depend fully on the performance of candidates in the viva voce interview.

Candidates may appeal to the HR Division latest by 9 July 2020 for any grievances related to shortlisting at 336523/336454 during office hours.

Announcement for Written Examination:

All shortlisted candidates will sit through one written examination paper, consisting of three sections: English Communication, Dzongkha Communication and Problem Solving.

All shortlisted candidates are requested to report for written examination along with their original Citizenship Identity Card and necessary stationeries including calculator, as per the following schedule:
