Note: Those with relevant qualifications of Masters degree or PhD, as against the minimum qualification requirement of Bachelors degree, shall be assigned with higher position title & level (based on fulfillment of lateral entry criteria) and shall be required to shoulder higher responsibilities. 


A candidate must:

  1. Be a Bhutanese citizen
  2. Have attained at least 18 years of age
  3. (Only for entry positions at Position Level 6 & 5) have minimum aggregate of 60% each in Class X (Eng + best 4) and Class XII (Eng + best 3), and 55% in Bachelors degree (honors)/60% in Bachelors degree (general)
  4. Meet other requirements as specified in the table above and as specified in the position profile of each of the position.

Preference shall be given to those with relevant work experiences for the purpose of shortlisting.
