A total of 23 new academic faculty members were welcomed to the Royal University of Bhutan at the Induction programme. The two-day induction programme was designed to welcome and ensure the new academic staffs were prepared for their new role and responsibilities.
The Vice Chancellor welcomed the new academic staffs and talked about the importance of their roles as a teacher in grooming the future leaders of the country. Dasho also said that it's essential for teachers to have a passion for teaching and learning and kindness as their core values.
The induction programme was led by the Human Resource Division and the Department of Planning and Resources.
