Note:

  1. Candidates must meet the benchmark score: Minimum aggregate of 60% each in Class X (English + best 4 subjects) and Class XII (English + best 3 subjects), and 55% in Bachelors degree (honors)/60% in Bachelors degree (general).

Note: The criteria do not apply for those with minimum of five years of relevant experience in professional positions

  1. Aggregate has been calculated considering performance in academic qualifications: 15% of Class X, 25% of Class XII and 60% of Bachelors degree. Also, 5 bonus points have been awarded for those with 5-10 yrs of relevant experience at professional positions and 10 bonus points for those with more than 10 yrs of relevant experience at professional positions.
  2. A maximum of 20 candidates have been shortlisted for Written Examination based on the merit of aggregate academic performance.
  3. Unlike academic positions, the marks secured in written examination for administrative positions will be taken into considering for shortlisting purpose only and will not have any weightage in the final selection.
  4. A maximum of 5 candidates will be shortlisted for viva voce based on the merit of marks secured in the written examination.
  5. Final selection will depend fully on the performance of candidates in the viva voce interview.

Announcement for Written Examination:

  1. All shortlisted candidates will sit through one common paper, consisting of three sections: Communicative English, Dzongkha Communication and Problem Solving.
  2. All shortlisted candidates are requested to report for written examination along with their original Citizenship Identity Card and necessary stationeries including calculator, as per the following schedule:
