Shortlisting Criteria:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    \n
  1. Candidates must meet the benchmark score of: Minimum aggregate of 60% each in Class X (English + best 4 subjects) and Class XII (English + best 3 subjects), and 55% in\u00a0Bachelors degree (honors\/technical)<\/strong>\/60% in\u00a0Bachelors degree (general)<\/strong>.\u00a0Note:<\/strong>\u00a0The criteria do not apply for those with minimum of five years of\u00a0relevant<\/strong>experience in professional positions.<\/li>\n
  2. Merit rank of aggregate marks for position with more than eligible 20 applicants. \u2018Aggregate %\u2019 has been calculated considering performance in academic qualifications: 15% of Class X, 25% of Class XII and 60% of Bachelors degree. Additionally, 5 bonus points have been awarded for applicants with 5-10 years of\u00a0relevant<\/strong>\u00a0experience in professional positions. Relevant experience is considered only for shortlisting purpose.\u00a0<\/li>\n
  3. Candidates with incomplete documents have not been considered for shortlisting.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    Candidates may appeal to the HR Division latest by Thursday, 18 July 2022, 1.00 PM, for any grievances related to shortlisting via phone call at 02-336523\/02-336454.<\/p>\n\n

    Important Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

      \n
    1. All shortlisted candidates\u00a0must<\/strong>\u00a0sit for written examination. Candidates must bring along their original Citizenship Identity Card and other items required for the examination.<\/li>\n
    2. Written examination consists of one examination paper comprising of three sections: English Communication, Dzongkha Communication and Problem Solving.<\/li>\n
    3. Candidates\u00a0must<\/strong>\u00a0score 50% or more in the written examination to be eligible for viva-voce.<\/li>\n
    4. Unlike academic positions, the scores obtained in the written examination will be taken into consideration for shortlisting purpose only and will not have any weightage in the final selection.<\/li>\n
    5. The date for Written Examination along with logistics for the examination, including time and venue will informed to the individual shortlisted candidates via phone calls.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
