Shortlisting Criteria:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Candidates must meet the benchmark score of: Minimum aggregate of 60% each in Class X (English + best 4 subjects) and Class XII (English + best 3 subjects), and 55% inBachelors degree (honors\/technical) <\/strong>\/60% in\u00a0Bachelors degree (general)<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0The criteria do not apply to those with a minimum of five years of\u00a0relevant<\/strong>\u00a0experience in professional positions.<\/li>
  2. Merit rank of aggregate marks for positions with more than eligible 20 applicants. \u2018Aggregate %\u2019 has been calculated considering performance in academic qualifications: 15% of Class X, 25% of Class XII and 60% of Bachelors degree. Additionally, 5 bonus points have been awarded to applicants with 5-10 years ofrelevant<\/strong>\u00a0experience in professional positions. Relevant experience is considered only for shortlisting purposes.<\/li>
  3. Ten years of experience in relevant field at professional positions or equivalent for the position of Chiefs.<\/li>
  4. Candidates with incomplete documents have not been considered for shortlisting.

    <\/li><\/ol>

    Important Note:<\/strong><\/p>

    1. Shortlisted candidate must<\/strong>\u00a0sit for a written examination. Candidate must bring along their original Citizenship Identity Card and other items required for the examination.<\/li>
    2. The written examination consists of one examination paper comprising three sections: English Communication, Dzongkha Communication, and Problem Solving.<\/li>
    3. Candidate must<\/strong>\u00a0score 50% or more in the written examination to be eligible for viva-voce.<\/li>
    4. Unlike academic positions, the scores obtained in the written examination will be taken into consideration for shortlisting purposes only and will not have any weightage in the final selection.<\/li>
    5. The date for Written Examination along with logistics for the examination, including time and venue, will be informed to the shortlisted candidates via phone call.<\/strong><\/li>
    6. The date, time, venue and the process of the selection interview for the position of Chiefs will be notified to the shortlisted candidates via phone call. <\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
