Relevant experience is considered only for shortlisting purposes.<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li>Candidates with incomplete documents or information have not been considered for shortlisting.<\/li><\/ol><p>Candidates may appeal to the HR Division latest by <strong>Tuesday<\/strong><strong>, <\/strong><strong>23 April<\/strong><strong> 2024,<\/strong><strong> 5.00 PM<\/strong>, for any grievances related to shortlisting via cell phone call at 17466672\/17987588.<\/p><p><strong>Important Note:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>All shortlisted candidates <strong>must<\/strong> sit for written examination. Candidates must bring along their original Citizenship Identity Card and other items required for the written examination.<\/li><li>Written examination consists of one examination paper comprising three sections: English Communication, Dzongkha Communication and Problem Solving.<\/li><li>Candidates <strong>must<\/strong> score 50% or more in the written examination.<\/li><li>A maximum of 5 candidates will be shortlisted for viva voce interview based on the merit of marks secured in the written examination.<\/li><li>Unlike academic positions, the scores obtained in the written examination will be taken into consideration for shortlisting purposes only and will not have any weightage in the final selection.<\/li><li>The written examination has been scheduled on <strong>26 April 2024 (Friday), 9:00 AM<\/strong> at the Office of the Vice Chancellor, RUB, Motithang, Thimphu.
