\u00a0<\/strong>Shortlisting Criteria: <\/strong><\/p>

  1. Candidates must meet the benchmark score of: Minimum aggregate of 60% each in Class X (English + best 4 subjects) and Class XII (English + best 3 subjects), and 55% in\u00a0Bachelors degree (honors)<\/strong>\/60% in\u00a0Bachelors degree (general).<\/strong> (Note:<\/strong> The criteria do not apply for those with a minimum of five years of relevant<\/strong> experience in professional positions).<\/li>
  2. Merit rank of aggregate marks for position with more than eligible 20 applicants. \u2018Aggregate %\u2019 has been calculated considering performance in academic qualifications: 15% of Class X, 25% of Class XII and 60% of Bachelors degree.<\/li><\/ol>

    Additionally, 5 bonus points have been awarded for applicants with 5-10 years of relevant<\/strong> experience in professional positions. Relevant experience is considered only for shortlisting purposes.<\/p>

    1. Candidates with incomplete documents or information have not been considered for shortlisting.<\/li><\/ol>

      Candidates may appeal to the HR Division latest by Tuesday<\/strong>, <\/strong>23 April<\/strong> 2024,<\/strong> 5.00 PM<\/strong>, for any grievances related to shortlisting via cell phone call at 17466672\/17987588.<\/p>

      Important Note:<\/strong><\/p>

      1. All shortlisted candidates must<\/strong> sit for written examination. Candidates must bring along their original Citizenship Identity Card and other items required for the written examination.<\/li>
      2. Written examination consists of one examination paper comprising three sections: English Communication, Dzongkha Communication and Problem Solving.<\/li>
      3. Candidates must<\/strong> score 50% or more in the written examination.<\/li>
      4. A maximum of 5 candidates will be shortlisted for viva voce interview based on the merit of marks secured in the written examination.<\/li>
      5. Unlike academic positions, the scores obtained in the written examination will be taken into consideration for shortlisting purposes only and will not have any weightage in the final selection.<\/li>
      6. The written examination has been scheduled on 26 April 2024 (Friday), 9:00 AM<\/strong> at the Office of the Vice Chancellor, RUB, Motithang, Thimphu. The candidates must report to the venue by 8.45 AM<\/strong> positively.<\/li><\/ol>
