  1. Candidates must meet the benchmark score of: Minimum aggregate of 60% each in Class X (English + best 4 subjects) and Class XII (English + best 3 subjects), and 55% in <\/span>Bachelors degree (honors)<\/b>\/60% in <\/span>Bachelors degree (general).<\/b> (<\/span>Note:<\/b> The criteria do not apply for those with a minimum of <\/span>five years of relevant<\/b> experience in professional positions).<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  2. Merit rank of aggregate marks for positions with more than eligible 20 applicants. \u2018Aggregate %\u2019 has been calculated considering performance in academic qualifications: 15% of Class X, 25% of Class XII and 60% of Bachelors degree.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  3. Additionally, 5 bonus points have been awarded for applicants with 5-10 years of <\/span>relevant<\/b> experience in professional positions and 10 bonus points for those with more than 10 years of relevant experience. Relevant experience is considered only for shortlisting purposes.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  4. Candidates with incomplete documents or information have not been considered for shortlisting.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\nCandidates may appeal to the Human Resource Division latest by <\/span>Monday, 10 June 2024,<\/b> 5.00 PM<\/b>, for any grievances related to shortlisting via phone call at 17644442.<\/span>\n\nImportant Note:<\/b>\n
      \n \t
    1. All shortlisted candidates <\/span>must<\/b> sit for a written examination. Candidates must bring along their original Citizenship Identity Card and other items required for the written examination.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
    2. Written examination consists of one examination paper comprising three sections: English Communication, Dzongkha Communication and Problem Solving.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
    3. Candidates <\/span>must<\/b> score 50% or more in the written examination.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
    4. A maximum of 5 candidates will be shortlisted for viva voce interview based on the merit of marks secured in the written examination.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
    5. Unlike academic positions, the scores obtained in the written examination will be taken into consideration for shortlisting purposes only and will not have any weightage in the final selection.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
    6. The venue, date and time for written examination and viva voce and will be informed individually via phone calls and email.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\u00a0<\/b>\n
