Please, follow the step-by-step procedures for online application.<\/p><p><strong><br \/>Documents required:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Academic Transcripts:<ul><li>Academic Transcripts: (i) Degree Certificates and Marksheets of master\u2019s degree (if any) &amp; bachelor\u2019s degree (<em>Grade Conversion of the marksheets MUST also be submitted if the marks are awarded in CGPA)<\/em>, (ii) Marksheets of Class XII and Class X.<\/li><li>In the event, recent degree certificate is yet to be awarded, provisional degree certificate must be submitted instead.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Valid Security Clearance Certificate (<em>approved online and valid on the last day of the application<\/em>).<\/li><li>Valid Medical Fitness Certificate for Interview\/Employment (valid on the last date of application).<\/li><li>Valid Audit Clearance Certificate for Interview, if employed.<\/li><li>Valid Citizenship ID Card (Both the pages must be uploaded).<\/li><li>Candidates must produce No Objection Certificate from the Parent\/Working Agency\u00a0within 5 working days after the selection<strong> interview, if selected. <\/strong><\/li><li>For in-service candidates, the basis for assigning higher positions will be as per the prevailing rules for\u00a0lateral entry <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rub.edu.bt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Lateral-Entry-Criteria-for-Administrative-Technical-Positions-approved-by-35-UHRC-8-December-2023-2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>(Click here for Lateral Entry Criteria) <\/em><\/strong><\/a>and experience reflected in the position profile.<\/li><li>Experience Certificate(s)\/documentary evidence(s) for current and previous employment records.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong><br \/>Note:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Preference will be given to those candidates with relevant qualification and experience for the purpose of shortlisting.<\/li><li>The two references in the application form should both be<strong> professional<\/strong> referees from two different organizations, if employed.
