The Office of the Vice Chancellor, Royal University of Bhutan, is pleased to announce the following vacancies:<\/p>

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA<\/strong><\/p>

A candidate must:<\/p>

  1. Be a Bhutanese Citizen<\/li>
  2. Have attained at least 18 years of age, and not more than 45 years of age.<\/li>
  3. Meet qualification, experience and other requirements as specified in the position profile of the position.<\/li><\/ol>

    \u00a0<\/em><\/p>

    \u00a0<\/strong>Documents required for the Caretaker and Cleaner<\/strong><\/p>

    1. RUB Employment Application Form (click here<\/em><\/a>)<\/li>
    2. Valid Security Clearance Certificate (approved online and valid on the last date of application<\/em>)<\/li>
    3. Valid Medical Fitness Certificate for Employment\/Interview (valid on the last date of application<\/em>)<\/li>
    4. Citizenship ID Card<\/li>
    5. Audit Clearance Certificate (General<\/em>), if employed<\/li>
    6. Employed candidates must produce a No Objection Certificate from the Parent\/Working Agency\u00a0within 5 working days after the selection interview, if selected<\/li>
    7. Experience Certificate(s)\/documentary evidence(s) for current and previous employment records.<\/li>
    8. Candidates must submit the above documents in hard copy to the Human Resource Division latest by 24 December 2025, 5:00 PM.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

      Note:<\/strong><\/p>

      • The two references in the application form should both be professional<\/strong> referees from two different organizations, if employed. If there is only one past\/current employment record, one referee should be from that organization, and the other one should be from the School\/College\/University where the highest qualification was obtained. If there is no past\/current employment record, both the referees should be from the School\/College\/University where the highest qualification was obtained.<\/li>
      • Applications with incomplete documents or incomplete information in their application will be directly rejected during the time of scrutiny.<\/li>
