About us
Since its inauguration on October 6, 2017, GCIT has functioned as a catalyst for Bhutan’s digital sovereignty.
Originally established in Gyalpozhing, Mongar, and now situated in a state-of-the-art campus in Kabjisa, Thimphu, the college has transformed into a vibrant hub for advanced intelligence. What began with an initial cohort of 79 students has evolved into a high-performance ecosystem where modern technology and the principles of Gross National Happiness (GNH) intersect.
