Preference will be accorded to candidates possessing relevant qualifications and experience for the purpose of shortlisting.

Applicants are required to submit the following documents:
- Duly completed RUB Employment Application Form.
- Degree certificates for Bachelor’s and Master’s qualifications.
- Academic transcripts (mark sheets) for Bachelor’s and Master’s qualifications.
- Valid Security Clearance Certificate (approved online).
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate (must be valid as of the application deadline).
- Copy of Citizenship Identity Card.
- Audit Clearance Certificate (applicable to candidates employed in the Civil Service or public organizations).
- No Objection Certificate from the parent/working agency, to be submitted within five (5) working days after the selection interview if selected.
- Experience certificate(s) or other documentary evidence supporting current and previous employment records.
- An Expression of Interest statement for the position (not exceeding 250 words).
Note:
- Applicants are not permitted to apply for the position in more than two locations of work.
- The two referees indicated in the application form must be professional referees from the applicant’s current and previous workplaces. In cases where the applicant has only one employment record, one referee shall be from that organization and the other from the institution where the highest qualification was obtained.
- Applications with incomplete documentation or insufficient information will be excluded from further consideration during the scrutiny process.
- Applicants bear full responsibility for ensuring that all required documents, as listed above, are submitted within the stipulated deadline.
- Selected candidates will be required to produce a valid Negative Drug Certificate.
