      The Royal University of Bhutan is pleased to announce the following vacancy:

      ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

      A candidate must:

      1. Be a Bhutanese citizen
      2. Have attained at least 18 years of age, and not more than 45 years of age
      3. Meet qualification and other requirements as specified in the position profile of the position.

       

      Eligible candidates may submit your application along with the required documents to the Chief, Human Resource Division via email manigyeltshen.ovc@rub.edu.bt latest by 23 June 2024, 5.00 PM.

       

      Documents required:

      1. RUB Employment Application Form (click here)
      2. Degree Certificates of bachelor’s degree and master’s degree (if any)
      3. Mark sheets of bachelor’s degree and master’s degree (if any)
      4. Valid Security Clearance Certificate (approved online)
      5. Valid Medical Fitness Certificate (Valid on the last date of application)
      6. Citizenship ID Card
      7. Audit Clearance Certificate, if employed in Civil Service and Public Organisations
      8. Candidates must produce No Objection Certificate from the Parent/Working Agency within 5 working days after the selection interview, if selected.
      9. Experience Certificate (s)/documentary evidence(s) for current and previous employment records.
      10. An expression of interest statement for the position (Not more than 250 words)

       

      Note:

      1. Preference will be given to those candidates with relevant qualification and experience for the purpose of shortlisting.
      1. The two references in the application form should both be professional referees from two different organizations. If there is only one past employment record, both referees can be from the same organization.
      2. Please, note that it is the sole responsibility of applicants to ensure that all mandatory documents as mentioned above are submitted to Human Resource Division as per the announcement.
      3. Applications with incomplete documents or information will be directly rejected during the time of scrutiny.
      4. Candidate must produce Negative Drug Certificate if selected.
