Shortlisting Criteria:
- Candidates must meet the benchmark score of: Minimum aggregate of 60% each in Class X (English+ best 4 subjects) and Class XII (English + 3 best subjects), and 55% in Bachelor’s Degree(honors, technical)/60% in Bachelor’s Degree (General).
Note: The criteria do not apply to those with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in professional positions.
- Aggregate % has been calculated considering performance in academic qualifications: 15% of Class X, 25% Class XII and 60% of Bachelor’s degree. Relevant experience is considered for shortlisting purpose only.
- Candidates with incomplete documents or information have not been considered for shortlisting.
- Candidates may appeal to the HR Section latest by Thursday, 15th August, 2024, 5.00PM, for any grievances related to shortlisting via cell phone at 17404170.
Important Note for Written Examination:
- Shortlisted candidates must sit for written examination. Candidates must bring along their original Citizenship Identity Card and other items (pen, pencil, eraser and calculator) required for the examination.
- The written examination consists of one examination paper comprising three sections: Subject Knowledge, English Communication and Dzongkha Communication.
- Candidates must score 50% or more in the written examination to be eligible for viva-voce.
- The scores obtained in the written examination will not be considered for the final selection.
- The written examination has been scheduled on 21 August 2024(Wednesday), 10:00AM at OVC, RUB hall. The candidates must report to the venue by 9.45 AM positively.
