Announcement for Past Year Students

The Royal University of Bhutan would like to request all the Class XII (BHSEC) passed candidates from past years (2023 and before), or Bhutanese candidates with equivalent qualification from schools outside the country wishing to seek admission to the programmes of the Colleges except for Paro College of Education and Samtse College of Education to submit scanned copies of the following documents online in pdf/jpeg/png formats latest by 30th January 2025 using the link http://register.rub.edu.bt. The required documents are:

1. Class XII mark sheet and pass certificate; and
2. Citizenship identity card.

Past year students wishing to apply for Bachelor of Education programmes may apply directly to Paro College of Education and Samtse College of Education. The application dates for these colleges will be announced later by the respective colleges.
Students who were already selected in previous years to various programmes but had either not reported for admission, or have withdrawn, are not eligible to apply at this moment (first round of admission). If there are any vacant slots after the first round of admission, you may apply under self-financed category during the second round of admission.
