Shortlisting Criteria:
- Candidates must have a minimum aggregate of 60% each in Class X (English + best 4 subjects) and Class XII (English + best 3 subjects), and 60% in Bachelor’s degree. (Note: criteria will not apply for those with a minimum of five years relevant experience) for the positions of Planning Officer and Media and Communications Officer.
- For the position of PA to Pro Vice Chancellor, Department of Planning and Resources, the shortlisting was done with the requirement of a minimum aggregate of 50% each in Class X (English + best 4 subjects) and Class XII (English + best 3 subjects). In addition, the candidate must have Class XII with 3 months IT Programme/Class X with 2 years of Office Management Programme.
- 5 bonus points awarded for those with 5 years of relevant experience, and 10 bonus points awarded for those with more than 10 years of relevant experience in the relevant positions.
- Candidates with incomplete information/application/invalid documents have not been considered for shortlisting.

Important Note:
- Candidates are required to bring all documents (in original) of academic transcripts and certificates, experience certificates (if any), merit certificates, medical fitness certificate, and CID copy during the selection interview. Candidates who fail to bring the original documents will be disqualified.
- The date, time, and venue of the viva-voce will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates via phone calls and the website, along with the interview schedule.
