Special Admission Announcement for Class XII Passed Students of 2024 or Before for Academic Year 2026
The Royal University of Bhutan (RUB) announces that students from past academic years (2024 or before) who obtained their Citizenship Identity Card (CID) after 30 January 2026 are now eligible to apply for admission to RUB colleges for the academic year 2026.
Applicants must report to the Student Service Division, Office of the Vice Chancellor, with original and copies of the following documents, latest by 5:00 PM, 20 March 2026.
- Class XII Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate;
- Class X Mark Sheet and Pass Certifcate(only if interested in applying to Paro College of Edcuation and Samste College of Eduation); and
- Citizenship Identity Card.
No application will be accepted after the deadline.
