Brief description of work responsibilities
Responsible for Procurement and Projects
- Management of day-to-day operations of projects (planning, directing and coordinating activities).
- Supervise daily activities to ensure that the work is performed in a safe and organized manner.
- Management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned construction projects.
- Prepare and present monthly project and change management reports
- Develop and execute measurement tools to accurately gauge vendors performance(quality, delivery times etc) and communicate results internally and externally as necessary
- Verification and rectification of goods procured related to the projects and make necessary payments.
- Effective and acceptable processes of inviting tenders, select bidders, order, and procure as per specifications
- Ensure effective management of materials/properties. Plan, quality and project budget requirement for the supply of materials and services
- Maintain and communicate with suppliers and user agencies
- Planning and Preparation for the annual procurement budgets
- Any other task assigned by supervisor
