Documents required:
- RUB Employment Application Form (click here).
- Degree Certificates of bachelor’s degree and master’s degree.
- Mark sheets of bachelor’s degree and master’s degree.
- Valid Security Clearance Certificate (approved online and valid on the last date of application).
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate (Valid on the last date of application with purpose as Selection Interview/Employment).
- Citizenship Identity Card (Must attach both the pages).
- Audit Clearance Certificate, if employed in Civil Service and Public Organisations (Purpose should be for Interview).
- Candidates must produce No Objection Certificate from the Parent/Working Agency within 5 working days after the selection interview, if selected.
- Experience Certificate(s)/documentary evidence(s) for current and previous employment records.
- An expression of interest statement for the position (Not more than 250 words).
Note:
- Both references in the application form should be professional referees from the current and previous workplace.
- Preference will be given to those candidates with relevant qualification and experience for the purpose of shortlisting.
- Applications with incomplete documents or incomplete information in their application will be directly rejected during the time of scrutiny.
